There was a recent update released by Ledger that is preventing some Cosmos transactions. We have identified the root cause and informed Ledger.
Until this issue is resolved on Ledger's side, the only way to sign MetaMask and Rabby wallet transactions is through Brave browser.
You can download Brave from the official webpage www.brave.com
In the unlikely event that you are still not able to sign transactions using Brave by default, please follow the steps below;
- Ensure that your Ledger Live app is updated to the latest version. https://support.ledger.com/article/4410960111889-zd
- Update your Ledger device's firmware to the latest version. https://support.ledger.com/article/360013349800-zd
- Restart your computer.
- Install Brave browser or update it to the latest version.
- Make sure that the "Ethereum" application on your Ledger device is installed.
- Exit and close the Ledger Live application once the Ethereum application is installed as it may create a conflict with other browser extensions.
- Download and install the MetaMask extension for Brave.
- Open the MetaMask wallet extension.
- Click on the wallet name on the centre top and select "Add account or hardware wallet".
- Make sure that your Ledger device is unlocked and that the "Ethereum" application is open.
- On the MetaMask page, select "Ledger" and click continue.
- Select the necessary wallets and proceed.
- Now you can return to the Entangle Hub and attempt any transaction that previously failed.
